If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please note that all of our products are handmade, over time and handling, some materials may become lose or become detached. Most if these issues can easily be resolved with glue you have in your junk drawer.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We will email you a shipping label to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. Nothing is more frustrating that having to pay for your own shipping when you are not satisfied.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Your refund credit timing is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
