At Pin Oak Workshop, we use whatever materials we can find on-hand, on sale, or in season.  We do not bulk purchase materials from a foreign land nor do we mass produce any items to ensure consistency.  We strive to creative unique and one-of-a-kind items that are constructed from the heart.  We do purchase vinyl, cloth, plastic and metal ornaments, cotton, yarn, burlap, and other materials that we find at local and online stores that will fit our crafting needs.

Our main focus is on rustic, farmhouse, country home decor and furnishings.  With that said, we also work with some “Beach Life” and “Americana” style products because those are our passions as well.  Our products range from wall decor, displayware, furniture, home goods, and signs. (among many other things)

Everything at Pin Oak Workshop is handmade using materials purchased either locally or online.  Although we do use different items, materials, and existing products, we ultimately craft them into something special and unique with our bare hands.

We are a family-owned and operated business – and each one of our 6 family members either create or promote our products.  We hire no employees or outside parties to help with our manufacturing. Our dream was to build something our family can pass down to the next generation.  So when you receive a product from Pin Oak Workshop, you can be sure it is made from our family’s hands.

We sell all of our products to anyone on the planet Earth – the U.S.A .or internationally.

Our products can be bought in 2 places at this time…

1. Online at Etsy
2. At our local craft shows

We are planning to offer our products on our own website in the near future, just trying to plan out that strategy over the course of this year.  Sign up for our newsletter to be sure to be the first to know.

Our products are priced dependent on a few key factors…

1. Cost of materials
2. Cost of labor
3. Transactional fees (credit card fees)

We usually build our products, map out the costs involved, and then add an additional 30% (standard profit margin).  This profit allows us to keep re-investing into our business and making more creative products.

We are located in Cincinnati, Ohio  USA

We receive and ship orders the same day.  So the order time is dependent on the carrier once it leaves our house.  We cannot be held responsible for order times because that is out of our hands once it leaves our house – but we will do everything possible to make sure your product gets to you as soon as possible.

We do not currently have products that accept custom orders, but we plan to have a line of custom-order products in the near future for you to purchase.  Sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when this option is available.

Pin Oak Workshop is all about making unique, one-of-a-kind products, that are each handcrafted by a real person.  As much as we would love to be able to mass produce our products, we are simply working towards creating exclusive products that actually mean something to our buyers.  Also know that the materials we use to create our products are purchased on a whim, when available and on sale (or catches our eye).  We do not run a factory -line assembly line, we hand-make every product that you purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or product, please contact us for a full refund.  We have no limitations or restrictions on our products.  Bottom line: if you are not happy, we will make you happy.

Pin Oak Workshop will use your information to help us serve YOU.  We will never sell or leverage the information you have given us for a financial gain.  That is just evil.
